COLOR BLOCKS

Objective

Drag colored blocks to matching grinders to destroy them and clear the entire board. Use strategy to manage block movement, special block types, and your score multiplier to earn the highest possible score.

Setup

  • The board contains colored blocks and grinders for each color.
  • Dragging a block into a grinder of the same color destroys the block.
  • The goal is to clear all blocks from the board.

Gameplay

Moving Blocks

  • Drag blocks freely unless restricted by special rules.
  • Some blocks can only move along one axis:
    • Horizontal-only blocks slide left or right.
    • Vertical-only blocks slide up or down.
    • Plan moves carefully to avoid blocking paths.

Special Block Types

Iced Blocks

  • Appear frozen with a number on top.
  • The number shows how many blocks must be destroyed (any color) before the iced block unfreezes.
  • Once unfrozen, its true color is revealed and it can be moved like a normal block.

Double-Colored Blocks

  • Have an outer color shell.
  • The outer color must be destroyed first.
  • After removing the shell, the block changes to its inner color, which must then be ground in a matching grinder.

Scoring & Multipliers

Your score is influenced by three main factors:

Block Grinding Score

  • Earn points for each block destroyed.

Score Multiplier

  • The Current Multiplier Bar increases as you grind blocks quickly:
  • Possible multipliers: x1, x2, x3, x4, x5.
  • The Multiplier Countdown Timer decreases if you don’t destroy blocks quickly.
  • If the timer runs out, your multiplier resets to x1 immediately.

Time Bonus

  • Finish the level before the level timer ends to earn extra points.
  • If time runs out, Time Bonus = 0.

Level Completion

A level is complete when:

  • All blocks are destroyed
