These Game Rules apply to each Midas App that references or incorporates them and govern the games, Matches, Cash Games, contests, tournaments, and promotions made available in the applicable App. They supplement the Midas Games Terms of Use and any App-Specific Terms for the applicable App. If these Game Rules conflict with the Midas Games Terms of Use or the App-Specific Terms, these Game Rules control solely for the relevant game, Match, Cash Game, contest, tournament, or promotion. App-Specific Terms continue to control other matters specific to the applicable App.

The prize pool is shown in advance, while the total number of participants may vary depending on how many players enter on that day; prizes are distributed accordingly based on final rankings. Tournaments do not use skill-based matchmaking—each entry competes under the same conditions, playing the same levels in the same order to ensure fairness. Multiple entries are allowed, and each entry is treated as a separate attempt. Results are determined purely by player performance, and we do not interfere with tournament outcomes.
Skill - All users participating in the Match will be presented with the exact same game, environment, and constraints. Only skill will allow a person to outscore their opponents and earn a prize.
To set up your App Account, start by adding your phone number and verifying it through SMS. We'll also ask for your first and last name, where you live, postal code, and your date of birth. Each App requires its own App Account, and you may maintain one App Account per App.
To withdraw money, you will need to verify your identity and provide information like your PayPal account. Withdrawals are subject to anti-fraud rules and may take up to 4 weeks for processing.
Practice Games: You can play any game for free with "Practice Games," as long as you accept the Terms, Rules, and Privacy Policy.

Plus, we’ll charge a $5 monthly maintenance fee until you start playing again. If your account balance is $0, you won’t be charged. We may also suspend your account if needed.
The minimum and maximum amounts you can withdraw from your App Account for the applicable App are shown on the withdrawal screen in that App. After making a deposit into that App Account, you'll need to play at least one Cash Game in the applicable App before you can withdraw those funds. Deposits or play in another Midas App do not satisfy this requirement, and funds cannot be withdrawn from or transferred through another App.
