Blackjack 21

Objective

Create and clear stacks by reaching 21, building valid 5-card stacks, or using a "Wild" black jack. If you go over 21, you’ll get a bust. Avoid busting, manage your moves carefully, and achieve the highest score before time runs out.

Setup

  • A session timer counts down from the start of the game.
  • The goal is to clear as many stacks as possible before the game ends.

Gameplay

1. Building Stacks

  • Place cards into columns to build a stack.
  • Each card adds its value to the total of that stack.
  • A stack can be cleared in multiple ways:
    • Reach exactly 21.
    • Create a stack of 5 cards without exceeding 21.
    • Use a Wild black jack to clear the stack.

2. Card Values

  • Ace: Counts as 1 or 11, depending on what benefits the stack.
  • 10, Jack, Queen, King: Count as 10.
  • All other cards: Count as their face value.

3. Busting

  • If a stack exceeds 21, it results in a bust.
  • The game ends after 3 busts.

4. Undo Move

  • You can only undo your most recent move.
  • Use it carefully to avoid busts or improve your play.

Scoring

Your total score consists of:

1. Base Score

  • Points are awarded whenever a stack is cleared.

2. Streak Score

  • Earn bonus points by clearing stacks consecutively without interruption.

3. Time Bonus

  • Finishing the game faster grants additional bonus points.

4. No Bust Bonus

  • Earn a bonus if you complete the game without any busts.

Level Completion

The game ends when:

  • All cards have been played.
  • You reach 3 busts.
  • The timer reaches zero.
